Hi, I’m Hao Wu.
I live and work in the Bay Area as a software engineer at Meta (2019 - present). Before that, I did my undergrad at SJTU-UMJI in Shanghai and my master’s at Carnegie Mellon University.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking with my Labrador, and I’m a lifelong gamer — Dota2 and all sorts of titles across PC, Switch, and PS. I also read, and occasionally boulder, play badminton, ski, and shoot hoops.
Recently stopped hand-writing code — it’s all AI now. Yes, this site is also maintained by AI.
